To receive a full refund, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour. This policy allows us to accommodate all guests with the highest level of service. Since our tours are private and tailored, we reserve your vehicle, guide, and time specifically for you—often turning away other requests for that date.
